I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful forests where I could enjoy relaxing walks. The service was top-notch, with the friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a cozy and enjoyable stay. I particularly loved the terrace, where I could sit and admire the scenic views while sipping on my welcome drink. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The hotel is located in a natural park with beautiful hiking trails. the rooms are spacious and cozy with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms. the breakfast offers fresh and local produce. the hotel has a large spa area with two swimming pools, several saunas, and a relaxation room with forest views. the staff is friendly and professional and the shuttle service to the nearby village is a plus.

The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature just perfect for a romantic getaway. The spa facilities were amazing, especially the sauna and the pool. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and local products, we really enjoyed it. , the room had a comfy bed and was very clean.
The staff was not very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable at times. Lastly, the internet connection was weak which made it difficult to stay connected and plan our day trips.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a New Year getaway. the spa facilities were top-notch, the sauna and swimming pool were great ways to relax and unwind. the breakfast buffet was very diverse offering a wide range of food options from eggs to smoked salmon. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to key locations which was very convenient.
The Wi-Fi was not strong and was continually disconnecting making it difficult to use. the room decor was outdated and not well maintained;
